Position Office Administrator
Job Description
  • Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquettes and maintaining records for them.
  • Responding the telephonic call and carry out the conversations politely and timely Manner.
  • Handling multiple telephone lines in timely manner and direct the calls to the concerned person / extension.
  • Front desk and visitor and lobby management.
  • Differentiating the incoming calls and walk-ins and handle them appropriately.
  • Receiving and relaying telephone messages. Greeting & directing visitors as appropriate
  • Looking after the cleanliness & upkeep of the reception & conference rooms.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post
  • Providing support for Billing and Invoicing
  • Ensure proper inventory of all consumables and staff requirements i.e. Pantry, Cafeteria, etc.
  • Maintaining the general filing system and filing all correspondence.
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies.
  • Performing day to day administrative activities like supervision on Housekeeping and other administration purchases viz. office stationery items, eatables, etc
Candidate Profile UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required.
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post-Graduation Not Required.
Experience 6 month to 1 yrs.
Outbound calling - Only Female candidate can apply.
